We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items used in the field cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Is Banded gear covered by a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents in the field.

To maintain the DWR coating and breathability, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with a specialty technical fabric cleaner and hang drying.
